Where do I begin? Every single person at this place of business is incredible. My little French Bulldog (Biscuit) was hit by a car. We use Brodie Animal Hospital as our general vet and I called them immediately for help with what to do. They called VEG, sent her records over and the ER was able to start working on her as soon as we got there. The treatment for her injuries required amputation of her leg. There were multiple surgeons who quoted me 7-8K for this procedure and Dr. Werner not only agreed to perform the procedure but came in at a way more affordable price for me and my family. During surgery the staff kept me updated via text and Dr. Werner called me personally after he was finished to update me on the success. When I picked her up, she recieved a certificate of courage and I felt so prepared to be able to administer her medicine post operative. This veterinary clinic is one of the greatest in Austin and you’d be foolish not to include them in the care of your animal. They all care so deeply. We will be patients for life❤️❤️

We have been customers since our dog was a puppy, and we have always loved the service at Brodie Animal Hospital. After more than 14 wonderful years, our sweet Apollo passed on. The staff at Brodie handled it with so much care and compassion, and I can’t thank them enough for their loving care over 14 years, and their support and sympathy at the end. You made a gut-wrenching day as bearable as it could be… thank you.

Brodie Animal Hospital is the only place I’ll ever take my fur family. From the moment I walked in I was warmly welcomed. The front desk, technicians are extremely careful with my fur babies. I brought in my senior citizen dogs for a general check up. Dr. Warner was amazing with each of my dogs. He really took the time to talk about all possible options of what could work to help each of them be more comfortable. I’m so glad I found Brodie Animal Hospital!

Brodie Animal Hospital has been nothing but patient and kind with my little Howie. Every time we come in for an appointment, the staff is always happy to greet him and give him love. Howie has been a stubborn pup since the get go but BAH has been there every step of the way from helping navigate Howie’s progress to simply listening and understanding my concerns. I really do appreciate the vets, techs and receptionist staff for being so kind to us since we walked through the door.

all of the staff and vets here are SO kind and accommodating. I thought i had booked an appt through their app, but it didn’t go through. I didn’t notice until 30 mins prior. The receptionist didn’t even ask questions and was able to book me the same day for an hour later!! Any other place would’ve just said “sorry try again next time.” Can’t remember the last time I had this level of kind service anywhere! You walk in, and the staff already remembers who your pup is on first glance! The facility is clean, friendly and very wisely designed for furry friends. If you have a dog, they have plenty of treats available. The vet&tech were very comfortable and patient with our dog since he was a puppy. They also made sure HE was comfortable at all times. Lots of attention and made sure he was okay when giving him shots. We’ve seen nearly every vet at this point, and don’t really have a preference because they are all equally knowledgeable, understanding, and invested in our pup’s health. SO thankful they are in our community!!!!
